- The contract was awarded to Sh. Rishi Rajan Gupta vide this office letter No. RTDC/Sheep Farm Nagwain/2019-957-67 dated 27th December, 2019.
- Time period for completion of work – Six Months.

- Status – 95% completed finishing going on in Vikasnagar and FCA case pending for Khalini
- Completion date – 31-03-2021 for Vikasnagar
3. Construction of pre-engineered Book Café Chotta shimla
- Project Cost – 65 lacs Awarded amount- 36 lacs
- Contractor -M/S Vidya Infrastructure and Developers Solan HP
- Status – 80% completed finishing going on.
- Completion date – 30-04-2021
4. Construction of pre-engineered Commercial Complex at Kasumpti
- Project Cost – 1.68 Cr. Awarded amount- 84 lacs
- Contractor -M/S Suri Engineers
- Completion date – 30.04.2021
- Status – Foundation and PEB Completed.
- Erection of LGSF in progress.
